Our first time at a Tru by Hilton and was just expecting a decent stay with free breakfast, free parking and free internet however the facility turned our to be very pleasant, impeccably clean with great professional staff ready to help you out with your questions (no place for them to hide unlike other hotels where they disappear for long). The lobby is very comfy and inviting to sit in with family for food, play pool, gather around or just make some private calls away from the room. We ordered in from nearby restaurants and they let you microwave and eat it right there. There are a lot of snacks available in the lobby to buy for family. Also the room dint have lot of fake frills like the defunct coffeemaker or microwave etc instead it had a mini fridge and shower with great bath and cleaning essentials which were always filled up. I even went for walks around the hotel after the morning breakfast and had a lovely downtime while my family slept in. We took our kid in the kids pool and we loved it for the value we provided. My kid and myself enjoyed the eggs, cereal, juices and cupcakes.

Staff was great, location great, room was awesome, cleanliness was awesome. The room was modern with a smart tv that you could add your streaming services. They had alot of storage for your bags, purses and trinkets. USB cords were by the night stand as well so you don't necessarily need a charging box for your phone and tablet. Great plush towels and washcloths and most importantly quiet. The deposit was low as well surprisingly only 25.00.

We stayed at this location because we took our daughter to Kidzania which was literally across the street when we opened the blinds to see what view we had. All in all when it comes to taking my family Tru is always first choice because of the pool table and games available to guest.

The manager, Mo, and his brother were extremely welcoming. We arrived very late our first night. Shortly after settling in, we called downstairs to ask for another blanket. That blanket was delivered in under 5 minutes. Everytime we had a question, Mo always had a helpful answer. We will definitely stay at this location again.
